1. Table fees
- Table fees are shown per table on the floor plan and charged in full at checkout.
- A booking covers the table itself, the two chairs that come with it, and the floor space it occupies.
- Chairs are not sold separately. Bring your own if you need more than the two included.
-
Basic power outlets are available at no extra cost. Outlets are limited and not at every table, so if you
need power, email us before you book and we will point you to tables near one. Bring your own extension cord
and power strip.
- Table covers are not provided. Bring your own.
-
You may share your table with another seller, but the booking stays in your name and you are responsible for
everyone at it. To pass the whole table on to someone else, see section 2.
-
Each room has a theme, so buyers know where to find you:
- Gymnasium: Sports cards & memorabilia
- Cafeteria: Trading Card Games (TCG)
Book the room that matches most of what you sell. This is guidance, not a rule. Mixed tables are fine.
- Tables are assigned exactly as picked on the map. We do not move vendors without asking first.
2. No refunds: all sales are final
- All table sales are final. Table fees are not refundable. There is no cancellation window
and no refund request process.
-
This includes when you cannot attend, change your mind, or booked the wrong
table or room. Check your booking summary before you pay.
-
If you cannot attend, you may sell or give your table to another vendor. That is between the two of you: we
do not refund, broker or guarantee it. Email us both names before the show so check-in has the right person.
Bookings do not roll over to a future show.
3. If the show is cancelled or rescheduled
-
If The Trading Card Club cancels the show outright, every paid table is refunded in full to the card used.
-
If the show moves to a new date, your booking carries over to the new date with the same tables. If you
cannot make the new date, email us within 14 days of the announcement for a full refund.
- A change of venue is handled the same way as a change of date.
- We email every booked vendor as soon as a date, venue or schedule change is confirmed.
4. Setup and teardown
- Setup, door and teardown times are published on the show page and repeated in your confirmation email.
- There is no check-in cutoff. Your table is held for you for the whole show, whenever you arrive.
- Stay set up until the show closes each day. Early teardown needs our OK.
-
On a show that runs more than one day you may leave your setup in place overnight, at your own risk.
The Trading Card Club and the venue are not liable for anything left overnight.
- Be packed up and out by the teardown time published for the last day.
- Vehicles must be moved out of the loading area once your table is unloaded.
- Leave your space as you found it. Take your trash and packaging with you.
5. Conduct and what you may sell
- Trading cards, sealed product, supplies, and related collectibles are welcome.
-
Not allowed: counterfeit cards; reprints or proxies sold as real; altered, trimmed or recolored cards and
resealed product that are not clearly disclosed; stolen goods; weapons; alcohol, tobacco, vaping or cannabis
products; adult material; food and drink sales; and anything illegal to sell in Arizona.
- You do not need a resale license or tax ID to book a table.
- Vendors are responsible for their own sales tax, licenses, and record keeping.
-
Abusive behavior toward customers, staff or other vendors ends the booking with no refund and no future
bookings.
6. Liability
- Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, cash and equipment at all times.
- The Trading Card Club and the venue are not liable for loss, theft or damage to vendor property before, during
or after the show.
- Vendor insurance is not required. If you want cover for your inventory, arrange your own.
-
The show is held on a school campus, and the school's rules apply to everyone, including in the parking
lots: no smoking, vaping, alcohol or weapons anywhere on the property, and no tape, tacks or adhesives on
walls or floors.
7. Payments
- Payment in full is due at the time of booking. A table is only yours once the payment clears.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Cards and Apple Pay are accepted. Tables are held while you complete payment and released if it fails.
- If a card processing fee applies it is shown before you pay, as its own line on the booking summary.
- Tables are sold online only. We do not take cash or in-store payment for tables.
