What's included

Your table, sorted

Every table comes with two chairs. Sports card dealers set up in the gymnasium and TCG dealers in the cafeteria. Every table covers both days. Load in through the one entrance from the parking lot. You can leave your setup overnight Saturday at your own risk. Basic power outlets are free but limited, so email us before you book if you need one.

How does booking a table work?

Open the floor map, tap the tables you want, and fill in your details. You pay online with a card or Apple Pay, and your tables are locked in the moment the payment clears. No phone calls, no waiting list.

What does a table include?

Every table comes with two chairs. Sports card dealers set up in the gymnasium and TCG dealers in the cafeteria. Every table covers both days. Load in through the one entrance from the parking lot. You can leave your setup overnight Saturday at your own risk. Basic power outlets are free but limited, so email us before you book if you need one.

How many chairs come with a table?

Every table comes with 2 chairs, included in the price. Chairs are not sold separately, so bring your own if you need more.

Can I book more than one table?

Yes, as many as you need. Book them in one order and they do not have to be next to each other.

Can I book just one day?

Tables for this show are sold for both days together, so one booking covers the whole show.

Do I need an account to book?

No. Everyone books as a guest: pick your tables, then give your name, email and phone. After you pay you'll get a confirmation email with a private link to your booking, so there's no account or password to keep track of.

Should I book in the gymnasium or the cafeteria?

The gymnasium is for sports cards and memorabilia, the cafeteria for Pokémon and other TCGs. Pick the room that fits what you sell.

Are table fees refundable?

No. All table sales are final and table fees are not refundable, including if you can't make the show or change your mind. Please check your days and tables before you pay.

When can I set up?

What payment methods do you take?

Credit and debit cards plus Apple Pay, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

What happens after I pay?

You land on a confirmation page with your booking number and table list, and we email you the same details. Show that email (or the confirmation page) at vendor check-in on show day.

Booking a table means you accept the Vendor Terms. All table sales are final: no refunds.
